Rare! Antique Chinese Russet Jade Snuff Bottle With Imperial Scene
This is definitely a fine example of a Chinese Qing/Ming dynasty russet jade snuff bottle. This beautiful precious snuff bottle is made of beautiful jade. The lovely carvings on the bottle display a magnificent Imperial scene of an Emperor on boat with servants on one side and the emperor on horseback with servants on the opposite side. This appears to be an era Qianlong or possibly earlier.
If you look closely at the carvings you will see how the carvings were done with such intricate detail. You will also see the russet coloration on the jadeite jade which is the russet coloration indicating that the piece has been aged over time.
