A CHINESE IMPERIAL DRAGON BOTTLE VASE C1900, LAVISHLY DECORATED IN VIBRANT ENAMELS WITH A CHINESE IMPERIAL DRAGON SURROUNDED BY FLAMING THUNDERBOLTS, ACCOMPANIED BY FLORAL AND FOLIATE CHRYSANTHEMUM MOTIFS. THE UPPER NECK AND LOWER BASE ARE FURTHER DECORATED WITH CRASHING WAVES. HIGHLY UNUSUAL MAKERS MARK TO THE UNDERSIDE. THE VASE IS ONE OF A PAIR CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED FOR SALE.
