Chinese Antique IMPERIAL CREST TIGER Butterfly Jade Pendant AMAZING VERY RARE NO RESERVE. This antique Imperial crest Jade pendant has a beautiful natural matrix design of mixed color jade. Light to dark green and changes as they light hits it. The ornate metal work is just beautiful old style casting and it is in great condition considering the age. It ia gold toned but no stamps or marks to identify the metal. It does not attract to a magnet. The gold tone metal wrap is done with old style hand soldering, casting and craftmanship. It has built up putina that i dont want to clean off.
Would recommend to keep it this way or have a professional clean it as to not damage the jade or piece overall. Jade has natural fissures and color matrix but is not cracked or broken. Tigers and butterflies on both sides if the pendant with a metal band wrap. Two sided high relief design as pictured.
