Antique Qing Dynasty Imperial Chinese Painted Wooden Lacquer Box Dragons WW197. This product data sheet is originally written in English. A gorgeous piece with expertly painted dragons and a thin mottled lacquer finish. It has hammered metal (possibly brass) hinges and clasp. The interior is painted black.

The lettering translates as "House of Internal Affairs of the Qing Dynasty". The condition is very good, especially for its age. We find one small chip in the paint (see photo). 16-1/2" wide x 10" tall x 11 deep.
