Antique Qing Dynasty Chinese Carved Walnut Chest With Royal Coat Of Arms
Very Fine Rare Antique 19th Century Chinese Carved Walnut Chest. I have described this as a chest however I have no idea what it actually was. It's clearly 19th century and it has got Queen Victoria's crest carved on the inside of the chest. It doesn't have a bottom so I'm not sure what it is but it's very decorative.
I'm not sure also if it's English carved in the Chinese style or the other way round but it's a very finely carved piece of furniture. It has never been on the open market and has been in the same family for many decades.
